Breaking news from the successful round 1 of the WTCC:

Gman is looking for a new brake sponsor after he couldn’t stop into turn 1 race 1. Rumor has it he will have Brembo 8 spot calipers for round 2 of the championship.

Nib is looking for a partner for the next series of the biggest looser after he put on 225kg over the 3 races of the weekend. When asked about the weight gain he said “those pommy fish and chips are just so good”

Lachlan maybe looking for some new headlights after race 3 as they appeared to have a faulty switch which caused them to come on and off. Rawprawn kindly fixed them after the race with a large hammer!

Bunning’s has offered to sponsor the series as after round one there sales on shovels went through the roof!

Parenting groups have shunned the WTCC after they found out that some drivers were drunk while racing. And on a totally unrelated story Jim Beam will now be sponsoring Gman for the next 5 races.

On a final note brand hatch has asked for the driver who took the turn 2 brake marker if he could please return it ASAP!

Due to the controversy caused by that person taking the brake marker, I have hidden it,opps i mean the person who took it has hidden it in lachlans cars boot to hid the evidence, and save himself from being lynched by the mob that had formed asking for blood.I do believe Lachlan has since added flashing lights and reskinned the sign. It now says Vehicle Frequently Stopping and will be fixed to the top of Daves car for his safety while he is grooming the sand traps.

Its no good relying on braking markers anyway, a lot of them get taken out so you need alternatives that don't move.

take gman's option and hit the corners at full speed and use the other vehicles as buffers.

I was not drunk although i do have new breaks for this race.

I bloody hope so Gman, your 1:59 time nearly got you into L1 but I resisted cause I know you have a problem finding the brake pedal
