G25 addons and Tweeks
For those of you with a G25 and are a bit of tech instead of getting the G27 why not just mod your existing G25. You could buy the SLI-M addon from leo bodnar.
This is the bit of electronics
This is what it looks like mounted. It now has more buttons than the G27. The cost would be around A$130
I also found a link to a PDF that shows you how to dismantle the G25
download it here

Re: G25 addons and Tweeks
There's a line in the force feedback settings that unfortunately causes a slight dead zone when the wheel is perfectly centered. This "gap" was driving me nuts so I figured out a way to get rid of it. Just follow these steps...
- Open the following folder: Program Files>rFactor>UserData>*your profile*
- Then open the Controller.ini file with Notepad
- Search for the following line by pressing Crtl-F: FFB steer force neutral range
- Change the value from 0.04500 to 0.00000
So you can almost make your old G25 be like a G27.

Re: G25 addons and Tweeks
as far as I can gather thats the case. Check JFF for more details philpiggot is organizing it. I believe one of the JFF members is going to put them together. I'm only getting it if all I have to do is mount on the wheel and plug it in.
