Race rigs Empty Race rigs

Post by Punisher Fri 19 Mar - 4:04

I have been doing a bit of research and development on race rigs lately and was wondering what setups people are using.

Mine is a G25, just attached to a desk and a 20inch Dell monitor.
Box is a 2.8 Quad Core Intel with ATI 4850 Graphics Card.

Im also interested to get some feedback on a couple of designs Ive come up with.
These ones would be made from MDF.

Ah cool, thnx.

Im working on a metal framed design at the moment and im looking for a reasonable race seat.
Sold Smart ( http://www.soldsmart.com.au/l2.aspx?depts=32&cats=174 ) have quite a few to choose from. Not sure about the quality, but how good does it need to be ... really. Im thinking maybe this one http://www.soldsmart.com.au/l3.aspx?goods=CS7701EK

I guess the dimensions of the seat need to match the rig. It is a nice seat though, better than my desk chair. Very Happy
